Founded in May 2006, Midea Academy serves as the corporate university of the Midea Group. For over a decade, our mission has been to nurture talented individuals, providing high-quality learning resources and helping more Midea people grow.

Midea Academy is located in Midea Global Innovation Center, covering 7,200 square meters with 32 versatile classrooms, accommodating up to 1,800 participants for training, lectures and knowledge exchange. The open and engaging learning environment offers a supportive platform for talent development.

Midea Academy comprises the Leadership School, Specialist School, General School, and Newcomer School, supported by our online learning platform — 'MeiCourse' . The platform offers distinctive courses and practical learning features to empower all Midea employees and our ecosystem partners.
